Situation

The steady decline of profitable business sectors has led a family Company to initiate a significant change in strategy.

The first step involved the management team members taking part in a strategy workshop. The outcome was the identification of potentially successful new markets, and the recognition that future success depends on professional change management from "boxmover" to a professional service supplier.

Driven by the boss and supported by the whole management team the transformation was completed within 5 years.

The MFB Experts supported the change process by running the different work shops as moderators, by delivering the input for the new market approach and the methods to create the needed culture of discipline and entrepreneurship.

Today more than 50% of total sales are generated in these new markets.

With the focus on the R & D of marketing concepts they have succeeded in becoming Germany's 10th largest distributor, and have created a solid base for a successful future.
